1. Open the Stocklists view
Navigate to the BACKOFFICE MANAGER:
Next, navigate to STOCK MANAGEMENT > STOCKLIST:
You will now be taken to the overview:
2. Specifying a filter
You can now click on FILTER to call up the entire stock, or specify a filter to search more precisely:
For this example, we set a filter to only show the NOS (Never Out Of Stock) articles. Then click on FILTER:
3. Analyzing the list
You will see the following list:
If you wish, you can move the sliders to display fields such as stock quantities and sales prices:
4. Export to an Excel file
To make it easier to work with the data, the software also offers the possibility to export the list to an Excel document. To do this, choose EXPORT CSV or the EXCEL ICON at the top:
You can now edit the list in Excel:
5. Stock list by date
Sometimes it may be necessary to call up a historical stock list (this is often requested at the start of a new year). To do this, navigate to STOCKMANAGEMENT > STOCKLIST BY DATE in the BACKOFFICE MANAGER:
You can now use the date filter to indicate which date you want a stocklist for. You can specify this down to the minute:
When finished, press FILTER:
