1. Open the "warehouse" overview

Navigate to BACKOFFICE > BASIC DATA > WAREHOUSE:

2. Search an article

At the bottom of the screen you can now enter a filter to find the article you want to change:

Once you have entered the filter, press FILTER:

Now double-click on the article you want to change:

3. Changing the stock of an article

You will now see a new screen where the stock of the item can be changed:

In this window, you can enter the new stock of the item, as well as the reason and the user who performs the action:

Now press MODIFY, the stock of your item has now been successfully changed in the software:
