Becosoft receives privacy right requests, privacy inquiries, and privacy incident reports through the privacy@becosoft.com email address. This routes to a dedicated privacy queue in Zendesk, where each item is timestamped and retained.
When we receive a request, we confirm receipt without undue delay (target: within 3 business days) and verify the requester's identity before acting on any personal data. We provide a substantive response within one month of receipt, as required by GDPR Article 12(3). For complex or numerous requests this period may be extended by up to two further months, in which case we inform the data subject of the extension and the reasons within the first month.
Each request and response is logged in our Zendesk privacy queue, including the date of the request, its nature, the date and nature of our response, and the basis for any refusal where applicable.
